The museum shop is located next to the entrance on the 1st floor of the museum exhibition hall, offering a variety of creative products reflecting the museum’s characteristics and a curated selection of museum gifts. It also sells publications related to the museum’s collection, research results, educational outreach, and exhibition catalogs. The shop’s steel structure architecture introduces the elegant views of a Chinese-style courtyard through large glass windows. With a minimalist design and thematic displays, the shop creates a pleasant shopping environment.

Open Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Open regular hours on national holidays.

Closed: Every Monday; closed on New Year's Eve and the first day of the lunar new year.

Lotus Restaurant

The Lotus Restaurant, situated on the 4th floor of the museum, offers a fusion of Chinese and Western food and beverages. It incorporates museum artifacts and exhibition concepts into its dishes, providing exquisite and delicious museum-themed meals. Additionally, from the outdoor panoramic corridor of the restaurant, you can overlook the surrounding scenery, enjoying views of the Taipei Botanical Garden, the Red Building of Taipei Municipal Chien Kuo High School, and the Nanhai Academy. Its comfortable environment makes the restaurant a rare dining and leisure space in the urban setting.
